The 24x24 pixel art was chosen to mimic one of the most popular NFT names to date, the CryptoPunks. In the same way as the CryptoPunks NFT, the Pixelated Shiba Inu NFT was inspired by the idea that 576 pixels can make an impact in the crypto and NFT space.
The Shiba Inu was the main inspiration for the collection's icon after experiencing the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency boom in October, 2021. Inspired by the SHIB/Dogecoin cryptocurrency and the desire to preserve the legend of the Doge meme, the Pixelated Shiba Inu NFT was created.
